I can't say enough good about working with Nahemow Associates. They are a joy to work with. They have done a feasibility study for our capital campaign, a development audit, board development and training, and are providing ongoing board and campaign leadership. We had an original goal of $8.5 million which grew to $10.5 million. To date, we have reached $4 million in gifts and pledges.

The results were excellent. We are still working with the plan that was designed for us. Our fundraising was taken to a new level because of it. I was new to the non-profit arena and because of the work with Iris, I saw my own personal growth in my profession. She taught me to aim high and follow through. She took the time to learn the organization and grasp our mission and operation. She took her knowledge and tailored it to our specific situation. We worked with NA for 18 months. We had no formal fundraising plan before. A Resource Development plan was designed and timeline implemented. NA monitored the plan to keep us on track and mentored the board in the process. Iris taught me the ins and outs of the fund-raising process.

I was the director of a small organization without a development director ... working with them was fabulous.
